This article included the first mention of Lunar Park I've seen, which is funny because that's what immediately came to mind with me. Not that the novels are very similar at all (well, I guess they are both about parent-child relationships ...); but, yeah: the whole reality encroaching upon fiction and vice versa thing. It's a device that I absolutely love.
